THEORY INTRODUCTION

The ultrasonic hardness tester is based on the contact of the Vickers diamond indenter on the probe with the
corresponding load force, and the UCl method si used to measure and display the hardness value immediately. Detecting the magnitude of the load force can be achieved with different types of electric motor probes and
manual probes.
