The latest upgraded NLT30 inspection system used in this training integrates detection planning software, detection software, and database management tools in one software, simultaneously completing planning, detection, and data statistics. The detection results can be intuitively displayed in the database, allowing functions such as filtering, classification, and viewing.
This training, on the one hand, provides detailed explanations on various aspects such as the detection principles of ultrasonic automotive spot-welding inspection systems, probe selection, equipment, and accessory usage, detection plan development, detection software operation, database management, automatic generation of inspection reports, daily equipment maintenance, possible issues and solutions, and problems encountered in use. On the other hand, the high integration of the system enables users to conduct spot welding inspections more conveniently.
