Product Introduction
The UTC-BAR8 Ultrasonic Water Immersion C-Scan Inspection System is designed for the automated ultrasonic inspection of cylindrical workpieces such as pipes, rods, gears, cones, and other rotating body workpieces, detecting internal defects. The equipment has 8 degrees of freedom, allowing for inspections from different angles. Using a servo motion system to drive the ultrasonic transducer, the product undergoes water immersion C-scan inspection. Full waveform ultrasonic signals are collected, and with advanced imaging algorithms and data image processing, the system effectively identifies internal defects, producing clear internal images. It also analyzes and records defect location, shape, and size, generating customizable reports.

Product features
Steps for the use of the rotating roller part: The bar or pipe workpiece is placed between the two rotating rollers, and the rotating roller is used to rotate the workpiece. The probe rotation mechanism is used to adjust the angle and direction of the sensor and align it with the diameter direction of the workpiece. It is normally placed directly above the workpiece. The X-axis of the beam axis drives the sensor to perform linear motion, and the entire process is spiral scanning or grid scanning, covering the entire workpiece.
Steps for the use of the turntable part: loosen the three-claw chuck, place the rotary workpiece on the turntable, clamp the three-claw chuck, fix the workpiece in the center of the turntable, move the XY axis to the center of the turntable, adjusts the angle of the sensor of the rotating mechanism so that the sensor faces the detection area of the workpiece, and then the turntable rotates, the Z-axis moves up and down, and the entire process performs spiral scanning or raster scanning, covering the entire workpiece.
