Product Introduction
The ultrasonic C-scan inspection system UTC-W10 is used for detecting internal defects in products related to materials science, processing technology, and welding technology. Using a servo motion control system to drive the ultrasonic transducer for water immersion C-scan inspection of the product. Full-wave array collection of ultrasonic signals is used to effectively identify internal defects in products through imaging algorithms and data image processing capabilities, resulting in clear internal images. It also statistically analyzes the location, shape, and size of defects, generating customized reports.
